In collaboration with Noble Strong Training LLC and LifeQuest Ministries, GRAAHI is launching an 8-week walking and fitness program for 20 at-risk adults, with a special focus on seniors.
Led by a licensed physical trainer, this initiative will highlight walking as a key form of exercise while covering essential fitness principles. Participants will learn to monitor their health, prioritize both physical and mental well-being, and manage chronic conditions. The program aims to improve sleep, increase physical activity, and help regulate high blood pressure, ultimately promoting a healthier lifestyle.
