African American seniors face unique health challenges. Heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure—these adversaries disproportionately impact our community, with cardiovascular disease claiming too many lives
So, we invite seniors, families, and allies to join in redefining aging, promoting resilience, and reclaiming the right to vibrant living, one empowered step at a time.

Our first cohort of particpants at the 2022 Restoring Health program share their experiences about the transformative and uplifting program .
"For years I thought that being my best self was to give selflessly to my family. Now that I'm older and an empty-nester, I'm learning to take care of myself and my needs. I want a quality of life that I haven't had before."
