COVID VACCINE INFORMATION

After rigorous testing and FDA approval, three COVID-19 vaccines are authorized and available in West Michigan and throughout the U.S. All Michigan residents age 5 and up are now eligible for the vaccine, so please schedule your appointment now! The vaccine is the way to beat this virus, save lives and restore our community. Why wear a mask or face covering?

You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick.
Everyone should wear a face mask when they have to go out in public, for example to the grocery store or to pick up other necessities.
Face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
The face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are infected.
Continue to keep about 6 feet between yourself and others. The cloth face cover is not a substitute for social distancing.
You do not need to wear a face covering when you are on a walk outside.

Internet services – Free or Low Cost

AT&T will offer free internet access to new customers for two months and low-income households can continue to subscribe for $10/month. All public WiFi hotspots are open to anyone. Essential workers ( police officers, firefighters, health care workers, postal workers, sanititation workers, etc.,) in need of child care can get assistance finding help .
