What to expect
Program Component
This is a FREE program focused on supporting your health and wellness.
The program provides opportunities to increase activity levels and explore ways to establish, maintain, or expand good nutrition as we age.
Program Component
Pre and post fitness assessments help you chart your progress.
Assessments include balance, body segment analysis looking in-particular at muscle distribution, strength and cardio assessments, and blood pressure.
Program Component
All program participants get a Fitbit activity tracker to keep.
A Fitbit is an activity tracker worn on the wrist just like a watch, that tracks your day-to-day activity, whether you walk, run, swim, cycle or work out at the gym. It can also track your heart rate and sleep cycles.
Program Component
Chart your progress with accountability.
Meetings at the Kroc Center focus on the goals you set and uses Fitbit data to illuminate challenges and successes.
Fitness Membership
Program includes a 14-wk membership at the Kroc Center.
You'll have access to many senior fitness classes, the fitness floor, the pool, gym, walking track, and some cooking activities focused on good nutrition and developing healthy habits.
