My Pace is a multi-year, postsecondary career-exploration access preparatory program (PCAP). It is a comprehensive initiative aimed at empowering African Americans and underrepresented populations to pursue and excel in healthcare professions from middle school through returning learners.
The program encompasses a multi-faceted approach to address researched and historic barriers to access and provide support at each stage of the educational and professional journey.
GRAAHI is thrilled to announce the My Pace Showcase to celebrate our Young Pacesetters, Junior Pacesetters, and our Pacesetters scholars. This event will honor their achievements alongside parents/caregivers, school administrators, and our funders with an evening of recognition and dinner.
Together, we celebrate the hard work and dedication of our students.

African Americans experience significant disparities with chronic conditions, access to care, preventive screenings, and mental health.
At GRAAHI, we believe all people should have equal access to healthcare regardless of race.
