My Pace
My Pace is the Center for Pathways to Healthcare Careers’ flagship program that guides students from 3rd grade through adulthood on a clear path toward healthcare careers. Through hands-on experiences, college tours, and exposure to professionals of color, we help underrepresented learners explore, prepare for, and succeed in every stage of their educational and professional journey.
"My Pace is Not Your Race"
My Pace is a multi-year, postsecondary career-exploration access preparatory program (PCAP). It is a comprehensive initiative aimed at empowering African Americans and underrepresented populations to pursue and excel in healthcare professions from elementary school through returning learners.
The program encompasses a multi-faceted approach to address researched and historic barriers to access and provide support at each stage of the educational and professional journey.
